This project was a Joint Venture for a small apartment consisting of 3 nos. of 2BHK units and 4 nos. of 1BHK units on a 30*45 site. Architect was MR. Raghavendra. This apartment was built and sold to a Happy Family and the complete apartment is rented out to happy tenants.
